This policy does not apply to:

Promotion or marketing services

Growth or visibility campaigns

Physical goods

Custom consulting governed by separate agreements
2. Product Classification
Decode is delivered as a digital system, consisting of:
-
Digital Content — Decode PDF
-
Digital Services — Private Custom GPT access inside ChatGPT
Decode provides decision-support only.
It does not guarantee growth, engagement, revenue, or outcomes.
3. Delivery Definition (Single Source of Truth)
The Decode PDF constitutes the core deliverable at all levels (L1–L4).
Delivery is deemed complete when the Decode PDF is sent to the customer via email or private link, regardless of whether GPT access is included.
Once delivery begins, the service is considered executed.
4. EU Digital Content Consent (Mandatory)
By completing this purchase, you:

expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content (Decode PDF)

acknowledge that once delivery begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU

Refund Terms:

50% refund if deliverables are not met within 30 days of agreed timeline

6. What Is Never Refundable (All Levels)
Refunds are not issued for:

Outcome-based claims (growth, revenue, engagement)

Change of strategy or priorities

Lack of execution
-
Platform or policy changes by third parties

External business events

Expectations beyond stated scope

8. After Refund

L1: PDF remains with the client and cannot be revoked.
PDF usage remains subject to the original license terms. -
L2–L4: GPT access revoked immediately

One refund per customer per product
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers must contact support before filing a chargeback.
This policy, together with checkout consent logs, delivery timestamps, and Terms of Service, will be used to contest disputes.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable European Union law.
11. Final Statement
Decode delivers structure, clarity, and systems — not outcomes.
If we fail to deliver what is defined, we will refund.
If delivery occurs and execution is not followed, that responsibility remains with the client.
