- Our digital services are classified as intangible goods and online services. According to the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Polish Consumer Rights Act, services that have already begun or have been fully provided are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on services provided under the selected package. Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases, such as:
- The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our fault.
- Technical or organizational issues caused by us have made it impossible to fulfill the agreed-upon terms.
3. Refund Process
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team within 14 days from the expected completion date of the service. This complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
- To process your request, please provide the following information:

- Order number or service ID.
- A detailed description of the issue or reason for requesting a refund.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The service was fully delivered in accordance with the selected package and provided instructions.
- The client changes their mind after the service has begun.
- The client fails to engage adequately in the process of service delivery (e.g., not providing necessary materials or data on time).
- The client violates the terms of use of Instagram or any other applicable social media platforms, leading to account restrictions or bans.
5. Early Termination of Promotion
- If you decide to terminate the promotion early, we offer flexible terms. You may stop the promotion at any time. The refund amount will be recalculated based on the cost of a single promotion on each individual page included in the package. The cost will be calculated according to the base package rates listed on our website [insert link to the base packages page], multiplied by the number of completed rounds up to the termination point.
- In the case of early termination, the cost of rounds already completed is non-refundable, and the recalculation will only apply to the remaining portion of the service.
6. Service Package Modifications
- Modifications to the selected service package are allowed before the service commences. Once service delivery has begun, no changes to the package are permitted.
7. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, we always strive for an amicable resolution. If a refund is not possible under this policy, we may offer alternative solutions.
