1. Scope of This Policy

Growth and visibility campaigns

Livestream promotion

Infrastructure-based marketing services
-
Similar execution-based digital services
This policy does not apply to:

Decode products (PDFs, Custom GPTs)

Physical goods
-
Custom or consulting services governed by separate agreements
2. Legal Classification
Promotion and marketing services are classified as digital services involving staged execution over time.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act:

services that have already begun are not subject to unconditional withdrawal

refunds depend on delivery status and execution stage
3. No Outcome Guarantees
We do not guarantee:

follower growth
-
engagement levels
-
reach or impressions
-
revenue, sales, or brand deals
All promotion services are provided on a best-effort, execution-based basis.
Results depend on multiple external factors outside our control (platform algorithms, audience behavior, account status, policies).
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:

Non-delivery due to our fault

Service did not start within the agreed timeframe

No execution occurred and no communication was provided

Technical or organizational failure on our side

Internal errors made execution impossible

Service could not be performed as defined in the selected package

Refunds are assessed case by case.
5. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided if:

The service has begun or any execution round has been completed

The service was delivered according to the selected package

The client changes their mind after service start
-
The client fails to provide required materials, access, or information on time

The client violates Instagram or other platform rules, resulting in restrictions or bans

Results did not meet expectations (performance-based claims)
6. Early Termination of Services
You may request early termination of an active promotion at any time.
In such cases:

Completed rounds are non-refundable

The remaining service portion may be recalculated

Recalculation is based on:

base package rates listed on our website
-
number of rounds already completed
-
Only the unused portion of the service may be eligible for partial refund or credit.
7. Service Package Modifications

Modifications are allowed before service commencement

Once execution begins, package changes are not permitted

Upgrades may be offered as a separate agreement

10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable European Union law.

Promotion services are execution-based, not outcome-based.
If we fail to execute the service as defined — we will address it fairly.
If execution occurs but results vary — that does not constitute grounds for a refund.
